Sarah J. Bailey CHESAPEAKE – Sarah J. Bailey, 89, passed away Aug. 15, 2008. She was born in Waverly, Va., Nov. 23, 1918. A funeral will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park.
