Corona Kiger Obituary
Corona Lynn Kiger VIRGINIA BEACH - Corona Lynn Kiger, 56, of the 3000 block of Hemingway Road, passed away Aug. 24, 2008, at a local hospital. Born in Portsmouth to the late John and Martha Baker, Corona was a member of Azalea Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Edward E. Kiger; two sons, Kevin E. Kiger and wife Connie of Texas and John V. Kiger of Virginia Beach; daughter, Martha-Alice M. Kiger of Boston; five grandchildren, Summer, Cheyenne, Mikel, Hannah and Jakob; and one brother, Kenneth W. Baker and wife Linda of Norfolk. A funeral was held Wednesday, Aug. 27, in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, with the Rev. Gordon Porter officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
