Heather Perry Obituary


Heather Elizabeth Perry SUFFOLK - Heather Elizabeth Perry, 22, passed away Aug. 31, 2008. She was a native of Suffolk and a student at Tidewater Community College. Heather was a 2004 honor graduate of Lakeland High School and attended the Governor's School for the Arts throughout her high school years. Her favorite form of art was mixed media. She is survived by her father, Jerry Milton Perry Jr. and stepmother Sharon J. Perry; mother, Lisa Taroli Myers and stepfather Michael Sean Myers, all of Suffolk; stepbrothers, Robert Justice Sr. and Travis Justice; maternal grandparents, Faye and Billy Jackson of Corapeake, N.C.; maternal grandfather, Al Taroli of Suffolk; maternal stepgrandparents, Floyd and Della Myers; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Rollins of Corapeake, N.C.; paternal grandmother, Betty Perry Ivey of Grayson County, Virginia; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Estelle Perry of Suffolk; uncles, Newman L. Perry and George R. Ivey III; great-aunt and -uncle, Carroll (Corky) and Brenda Davis; nephew, Robert C. Justice Jr.; and cousins, Amanda, Tony, Erin, Brooke, Staci, Lindsey, Sydney, Travis, Joseph, Conner, Lauren, Christopher and Tyler. The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Liberty Spring Christian Church with Pastor Allen Lancaster and Pastor Milton Lupton presiding. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may join the family Thursday at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, from 7 to 8 p.m. for visitation. Memorial donations may be made to Governor's School for the Arts Foundation, c/o ODU, Norfolk, VA 23529-0556. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
