Crawley Simpson Jr. NORFOLK - Crawley Simpson Jr., 79, of the 1500 block of Baychester Ave., passed away Sept. 18, 2008, in his home. A native of Norfolk, he was the son of the late Annabelle and Crawley Simpson Sr. He retired from the City of Norfolk as a supervisor in the Street Department. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jean Ponn Simpson; his son, Roger D. Simpson of Norfolk; his sister, Linda Mae Ozane of San Diego, Calif.; and three brothers, Marvin Simpson of Norfolk, Billy Simpson of Virginia Beach and Bobby Simpson of Norfolk. He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Carolyn Ann Walker. A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in Rosewood Memorial Park with the Rev. Charles Wood officiating.
