Eddie Hill Obituary


Eddie T. Hill VIRGINIA BEACH - Eddie T. "The Agitator" Hill of Marlene St. passed away Sept. 17, 2008, at the age of 49. Eddie was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Evelyn Hill. Eddie attended Kempsville High School and graduated from First Colonial High School in 1978. He was an auto mechanic and worked at Marlin Motors for several years. He was an avid mud racer with his truck that shared the same name of the "Agitator." Eddie was known for living life to the fullest. He is survived by his brothers, Ernie Hill and his wife Sandy of Virginia Beach and Jimmy Hill of Chesapeake; his nephews, Dustin, Devon, Cody, and Zachary; his dogs, Brandy and Jenny; and his good friends, Paul Bohnet and Gina Cafiero who the family wishes to thank for always being there for Eddie. A funeral celebrating Eddie's life will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Altmeyer Funeral Home, Greenwich Road chapel, Virginia Beach, with the committal following in Colonial Grove Memorial Park with the Rev. Rob Pittman officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Greenwich Road chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060. Condolences may be made to the family at www.altmeyer.com.
