Robert Yost Frazier HARRISONBURG - Robert Yost Frazier, 92, died Sept. 25, 2008, at his residence. Funeral arrangements have been tentatively scheduled for Monday. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg. Complete arrangements will be announced in Saturday's edition of this paper.
