To the family-

Your mother was one of the sweetest dear ladies I've ever met. I remember meeting her at Palmetto Street Church of God. I rejoice in that she is in the presence of the Lord and is no longer suffering. Prayers of comfort for the family!

I just want to let people know what kind of person my mother was. She was the type of person that loved everone she met and they loved her. She was a good mother to all of her chrilden to which she loved so much. I will keep her in my heart always and use the strength and bravery that she showed in her final days as a way to live my life by. I am the luckiest man on earth to have had such a loving and caring mother that never gave me any bad advice. She was very smart and always had a good sence of humor. Thank you mama for my life and having known you in yours. It has been an honor. Love Always, Billy Mason your son.

What a blessing it has been to have such a wonderful mother and what a legacy she has left behind. She was a light in this sometimes dark world and a shining example of the love of God. It is a comfort to know she rests now in the arms of her Savior with no more suffering and that we will be together again someday.

Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman that feareth the Lord, shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates. Proverbs 31: 29, 30 & 31

My dear sweet Granny will forever be with me, and one day I'll be reunited with her in heaven. For all those touched by her, this has been a great loss. But I know the celebration in heaven is joyous! I love you Granny, and thank you for your incredible influence over my life!

I simply couldn't find the adequate words to express my sympathy. My heart grieves for you. Marie was my husband Junior's Aunt, but also my friend for many years. I missed her when she moved from Florence to Fuquay, but still was able to see her often. Then on her return to Florence, I was able to spend time with her again. She was a women who believed in our Father in Heaven, and praised him in all things, good or bad. She closed her eyes on earth and opened them in Heaven. God is so good. I loved her as my Aunt and my friend. She will be greatly missed.
Sincerely,
Brenda Yarborough

As a friend of Nancy's, I came to care for her mother, Marie, as I prayed for her through difficult times. It sad to lose a precious loved one, but I know the family is comforted to realize she's free from suffering and is in a glorious place. She will never be forgotten.

I want to thank each and every one of you that knew and loved my mother so dearly. With her living in N.C. for so many years, I cannot begin to know all of her dear friends as she had so many. She was always comforted by your prayers and it was evident in the ways many of you kept in touch with her after she moved back to Virginia. She loved receiving your phone calls, until she could no longer talk on the phone, and the many cards and letters she received daily. Her passing seems unbearable to us, her children, and we will miss her forever more. It is a comfort to know that she is no longer in pain and her suffering has ended and there is no doubt that she is in heaven rejoicing and waiting for those of us left behind to join her. I was blessed to have her as my mother and will always admire her for her strength, courage and her faith in God as she battled her disease. Our family is very grateful for your prayers and precious remembrances of our mother. Thank you.

Our hearts are saddened over the death of our dear friend, but rejoicing over the fact that she is face to face with Jesus now. She was our adopted "Aunt Marie" for the years we lived in NC. Her love and trust in the Lord was always evident in the midst of life's frustrations. She was a joy to know and our prayers go out to her children and other family members, now that she has passed on. Looking forward to a joyful reunion with her in heaven!
