Margie DeMarco Obituary


Margie E. DeMarco VIRGINIA BEACH - Margie Elizabeth DeMarco, 87, of Lakeland, Fla., was received unto the Lord Sept. 29, 2008, to join her loving husband. Born in Norfolk, Margie was the widow of Louis Vincent DeMarco Jr. She is survived by two sons, Louis and James DeMarco; three daughters, Margie Albury, Betty Cartonia and Donna Davidson; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Ray Delano Wicker Sr. and Jackie Adrian Wicker. A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Matthews Catholic Church with Father Pham Thuy officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Care. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.

Louie, Jimmy & Donna, I am so sorry to hear of your moms passing. I have very fond memories of her. The one thing that stands out to me the most was how much she loved her children. I know how painful this is for you all. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
