Derryl Britt Obituary
Derryl Lamont Britt DURHAM - Derryl Lamont "Lil Dee" Britt, 20, of the 700 block of Big Twig Lane, passed away Sept. 28, 2008. He was born Aug. 23, 1988, in Chesapeake and attended Oscar Smith High School. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Derryl and Angel Britt; sister, Nakia Britt; and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Metropolitan Funeral Service, 120 W. Berkley Ave. Interment will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.metropolitanfuneralservice.com.

Britt was in my company at Ft. Jackson he was a amazing soldier and I still miss my battle buddy. Britt will never be forgotten . Godspeed brother!
