Carmen Bittinger formerly King
October 17, 2008
My first job in 1967 was with Addison- Wiggins Dodge which then became King Dodge. I worked under Mrs. King and Mary Ellen Jones. I remember Larry well and I recall that the name "Cannonball" truly matched his personality. Perhaps "Fireball" would have been even better. What a dynamic personality he had. My employment in the automobile industry at King Dodge with the Medlin family gave me experience that set a tone for my years ahead in the financial industry. Larry was a true go-getter who I am certain, will be missed by his family and friends. I lost touch with the Medlin family after I left King Dodge, but I never forgot the opportunities they offered a young girl out of high school. Thank you Larry for being the dynamo you were.
