Eric L. Moore AYDLETT - Eric Lynn Moore, 33, of the 800 block of Aydlett Road, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008, at his residence surrounded by his loving family and friends. Mr. Moore, born in Norfolk, was the son of Carl Marrion Moore and Jessie Naomi Parker Moore of Aydlett and the husband of Miriam Nayeli Mojarro Moore of the residence. He was a painter at Performance Chevrolet and a member of Sharon United Methodist Church. Besides his parents and wife, he is survived by a sister, Kathryn Beyersdorf and husband Russell and their daughter, Naomi, of Orlando, Fla.; a brother, Stephen G. Moore of Harmony, Fla. His family also included his mother-in-law, Ruth Quintero-Moran of Shawboro, N.C.; sisters-in-law, Erendira B. Mojarro, Swany C. Dudley and husband Bryan and their daughters, Brianna and Ariana, Norma Mojarro, Nancy Mojarro; and brother-in-law, Miguel A. Mojarro, all of the area; Aunt Janet Hatfield and husband Warren and their children, Uncle Ray Cusic and wife Gwen and their children, and Aunt Peggy Heberlin, all of the Virginia area. A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Sharon UMC with the Rev. Renee Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the Parker Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Twiford's Memorial Chapel, 405 E. Church St., Elizabeth City, and at other times at the residence of his parents, 866 Aydlett Road, Aydlett.
