Donald Glenn Obituary
Donald Leon Glenn CHESAPEAKE – Donald Leon Glenn, 71, died Monday, Oct. 27, 2008 at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. He served a combined 22 years in the Air Force and the Navy, retiring from active service in 1976. He is survived by his wife, Marian Earlene; his three children, Pamela Griffen, Stephen Glenn and Michael Glenn; his mother, Mildred Mangrum; two brothers; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Virginia Heights Baptist Church, 1251 Kempsville Road, Norfolk. Arrangements by Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel.

Glenn Family, I served with Don in the US Navy on two ocassions, USS Little Rock and FTC Norfolk where we both retired from in 1976. I am very proud to have called Don a friend and shipmate. My family and I share in your grief with his passing. God Bless. Jerry W Tolson
