Judy Bishop Obituary


Judy Fay Bishop VIRGINIA BEACH - Judy Fay Bishop, 66, passed away Oct. 31, 2008, to join her angel, Kristen White. Born in Norfolk to the late Ernest and Dorothy Bahr, Judy loved to cook and sew and care for her loving husband Ray. Left to cherish her loving memory are her husband of 48 years, Ray; her son, David Bishop and his wife Laura; her daughter, Deborah White; her four grandchildren, Eric and Kevin White and Renee and Justin Bishop; and her brother, Robert T. Bahr. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk. A graveside service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in the Garden of the Ten Commandments, Vernon Marsh officiating. Contributions may be made to the Leukemia Foundation or to a Breast Cancer Society. Condolences may be offered to the family online at www.woodlawngroup.com.

Ray, I was so sorry to hear from Art today about Judy's crossing over to her new life. I was out of town when it occured and did not see the listing. My heartfelt sympathy to you and to your family.
