Seth Creekmore Obituary


Seth L. Creekmore III CHESAPEAKE - Seth L. Creekmore III, 76, a loving husband, father and grandfather passed away Nov. 7, 2008. He was the son of the late Seth L. Creekmore Jr. and Addie Blake Creekmore. He retired after many years of service as a supervisor with Dominion Virginia Power; he later worked as a real estate agent with Etheridge Realty and was a member of Rosemont Christian Church. He was also a member of the South Norfolk Masonic Lodge No. 339, Khedive Temple and past president of the Chesapeake Shrine Club and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Post No. 795. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Creekmore; a daughter, Stephanie Creekmore and her husband Milton Clower; a son, Seth L. Creekmore IV; a sister, Alice Faye DiLandro; granddaughter, Savannah Clower; and three grandsons, Brent and Kyle Creekmore and Garrett Clower. A funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel, Chesapeake. Burial will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, c/o Khedive Temple, 645 Woodlake Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
