Beverley Fitzgerald Obituary
Beverley J. Fitzgerald NORFOLK - Beverley Elaine Hosier Jordan Fitzgerald, 91, of the 7300 block of Glenroie Ave., died Nov. 13, 2008. She was born in Norfolk, the daughter of the late Walter Hosier and Nannie Wilkins Hosier. Mrs. Fitzgerald was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and a member of the Cavalier Yacht and Country Club. She was an avid golfer and loved to cook. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Wiggins and her husband Robert of Virginia Beach; her son, Louis C. Jordan II and his wife Audrey of Wilmington, Del.; five grandchildren, Robert J. Wiggins, Louis C. Jordan III, Elizabeth Ann Aranilla, David Jordan and Jason Jordan; eight great-grandchildren, David and Katlyn Wiggins, Jill and Julie Aranilla, Molly, Cassie and Will Jordan, Rory Jordan; and her last surviving sister, Lois Calvin Ziegler. A funeral Mass will conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by Father Joseph H. Metzger III. Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Norfolk. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 4 until 6 p.m. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
