Darrylin Winter Obituary
Darrylin K. Winter COROLLA - Darrylin Kerlin Winter, 58, of the 2200 block of Sandpiper Road, passed away Nov. 26, 2008 in her home. A native of Hampton, she was the daughter of the late John Edward and Lila Tennant Kerlin. She was a bookkeeper and homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Arthur L. Winter; her son, John Forrest Brown III and his daughter Rebecca of Landrum, S.C.; and her daughter, Christina Michelle Myers and husband Daniel and their son Jackson of Corolla. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.

We are so sorry to hear about Darrylin. I don't think anyone loved and enjoyed the beach more than she did. We will miss her and cherish the memories of all the good times we had.

Where do we begin. Darrylin was a great friend to many people. We will miss the times on the beach with her. I'm just thankful to have known her and greatful that the memories will last forever. Please know that Eddie and I are there for whatever you need.

Art, Christina,Forrest and family, Bucky and I want you to know how deeply we are sadden to loose Darrylin. We've had many beautiful memories. The fun times at the races All the fun times on the beach with the campfires and the dancing on the deck of our house. Words can't express how we feel and what all of you are going through. We will miss her a lot, but know we are there for you and we are friends for life. With heartfelt sympathy

I have a lifetime of wonderful memories. All the fun times that we shared, and saw each other thru our high times and our low. I thank the Lord that she was a part of my life. Art, you and the family, be kind to each other and to yourselves.
I love all of you! I am sure that CJ and Berkley and the rest of her "bubs" have embraced her and now they are making new memoires.
