To the Ward Family:

I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Jeannie. Even though we lost touch after you moved to Richmond I have alot of wonderful memories of all the times we spent together. Jamie wanted to express her sorrow to Jesse. They were "best friends" for so many years and I know the times they spent together she will never forget. Just know that we are thinking of all of you in your time of sadness.

Dear Mike and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Jeannie's passing. I remember meeting her,at Chesapeake Pkg, with three little ones in tow-they were meeting you for lunch. We all were introduced to your wife and children-I was impressed with how happy, vivacious, and beautiful your family was. As we got to hear stories about them, at work, we could see the love you all had for each other and the fun you all shared. I am sending hugs and my deepest sympathy to you all.

Mike and family,

We were deeply saddend by the news that Jeannie had lost her battle with cancer. She put up such a dignified, courageous battle and was an inspiration to all the lives she touched.
I will always remember her for her kind words and warm hugs and her love for her family. Everytime I had the opportunity to talk with her at the swim meets she always beamed with pride when speaking you and the whole family.
We know that Jeannie is now at peace in the comfort of Jesus' arms and that she will forever be your guardian angel. We hope that you and your family also find comfort in His word, and through the outpouring of love from family and friends during this time of great sorrow.

Sincerely,
Tom, Kelly, Tyler and Megan Atkinson
