James, Gigi and Kaj, I wish I could do something to take away the pain that you must feel at this time, but I know that is not within my power. Only Jehovah can do that. Until then just remember that Jehovah will give you the strength you need to face the difficult days ahead. I will miss Ruby.

To Uncle James & Cousins Kaj/Narjeah:
Will truly miss the phone calls, e-mails & visits from Auntie. Will always remember & cherish the phone call received from Auntie the day before she went to sleep. We look forward to being reunited in the new system when God wakes her up as promised at John 5:28 "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out....". For now Auntie is in the sleeping car on the train to Paradise and we are still in Coach; once the train reaches the destination, we will be reunited with Auntie forever. With Jehovah's help & support from family/friends, you will be comforted during this difficult time.

To the Boisseau family, it was a great shock to hear of the loss of such a wonderful and gracious star as your precious Ruby. It is not easy to have to close this chapter in your lives, but with the comfort of God this will pass. Your journey will be difficult but the knowledge that she is in a better place carry you through.

At times like this we often ask why, but we never think to tell God thanks for allowing us to be able to enjoy the special memories of Ruby as a wife, mother, sister and friend. Ruby will be missed.

Thomas and I are truly sorry and hurt. But we take courage and happiness in knowing that she will not be resting long and we will be able to see her real soon. All of us just need to hang on to Jehovah and his organization to see the fulfillment of his promise of a ressurrection. Much love to you all.

Gigi, we're sure this is the most difficult time you will ever experience in your life and for the first time Ruby is not here in person to help you. You have learned so much from her and that knowledge and guidance will help you now. Remember that Jehovah can be whatever you need him to be, even there for you as a mother would be. Take care of James. He will need you even more now. We mention you and your family in our prayers to Jehovah every night.

Dear Family:
Rubyann will be missed by all especially me. It seems like yesterday (50+ years) when Bro. & Sister Nixon and Rubyann had come to our door telling my mother of Jehovah's Kingdom. From the first day I met Rubyann to the last time I saw her 2 years ago her beautiful smile and pleasant voice had not faded.
I am so sorry for your lost. May we all find comfort in knowing Rubyann is in Jehovah's memory and we have the privilege of seeing her again.
2Cor 1:3 "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort." May we continue to look and to pray to Jehovah for comfort and peace.

Dear Family:

"I touched your lives, I played a part, I left my mark. Fond memories I leave behind as footprints on your heart
My fight was long, I stood my ground. I wished for yet another round. But God decided to summons me and now it's Heaven Home I'm bound." Written by: Ruby G

I knew Ruby for quite a few years having worked in the same building at 1320 LaSalle Avenue. Even though Ruby and I never worked in the same agency, we would have some wonderful conversations and she was a true friend in every sense of the word. She was a person I could send others to if they needed help with anything of the services Ruby was able to offer. Whenever I would see her, she had a smile on her face. I will miss her very much. Even when the VA Employment Commission moved to Butler Farm Road, Ruby and I had some opportunities to stay in touch and "catch up" on past events. Please family and friends, don't ever forget that Ruby lived a life full of love and generosity. She was loved by many and will truly be missed by all. I will keep you all in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt sympathy for the difficult days that lay ahead for each of you. Keep her name on your lips and know she left her footprints on the hearts of all who knew her. I know Ruby is smiling down on us and she has her wings!

To the Boisseau Family,
Please accept our sincere and heartfelt condolences at the loss of our dearest sister Ruby. If anyone made a positive difference in my family's life on our arrival to Virginia in 1994 it was Ruby. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help us secure employment with her contacts at the State Employment Division. She was always willing to step out of the box to help others.

May Jehovah, the God of Comfort, (2 Corinthians 1: 3-4), continue to bless your family and comfort you during this very sad time. Be assured that we all look forward to seeing Ruby again in Jehovah's righteous new order.

Love,

We did not know Ruby personally but we were saddened to hear about her passing. It's easy to tell from the messages of comfort that she was loved by many and will truly be missed. It’s difficult losing someone we love under any circumstances. How thankful we are to know that death is only temporary. May Our Heavenly Father Jehovah “the God of all comfort” (2 Cor. 1:3,4) comfort you and help you to cope during these most difficult days. We offer our sincere condolences to you all.
