A loving mother, grandmother and recently great-grandmother, she was the daughter of the late Francisco and Gilma Caceres and the widow of Alfred R. Ueblacker. She was also preceded in death by former husband, James T. Stevens. She is survived by her son, Thomas G. Stevens and wife Catherine of Norfolk; her daughters, Lily A. Walker and husband Jeffrey and Elizabeth Lake White and her fiancé Steve E. Moison of Virginia Beach; her grandchildren, Daniel C. Lake, Keith D.
