I will truly miss "Mr. Dan." He was very well known and admired throughout the city, especially the North Truxton community. He always had a wave and big smile each and every time I saw him. My prayers and thoughts are with his granddaughter and her son who obviously shares that same kindness and love for people and the same passion for gardening and "yard work."

I will miss my Grand-Dad. He was the last king of four strong brothers. He knew and endured times that I can only read about. He was a strong worker in the both the world and the church. I will always appreciate the memories of him as an iconic figure. Praise God almighty for my Grand-dad's existence and present joy.

To the Davis and Williams Family; It has been a pleasure to have known Mr. Dan Williams whom I also know as Uncle Dan. The times I have been around him he has exhibited a warm and caring personality. He has made me feel part of the family as well. His warm smile and personality will be deeply missed; but God knows best and he is in a better place. May God Bless the family and always know that he will always be with you in your heart.
