Janice -
No words can express the deep feelings of loss that we are all feeling at this time. Doug was a brilliant man who shone light into all who had the pleasure of coming into contact with him. His ease of conversation and wealth of knowledge on virtually any subject astonished me. His kindness towards others was one of the greatest gifts he could have given. I just remember him sitting at my parents kitchen table for what must have been an hour just listening to Joe talk. Never once did he try to stop Joe, try to cut off the conversation. He was a kind soul and he will be missed by more people than you can fathom.
I love you and will always be here for you.
Diane
