I offer my condolences to Ches Magette's Family and Friends. May Peace be with you. I have fond memories of Ches from our weeks at the Methodist Church Camp in the late '50s. Ches was smart, loyal, and was a fun guy. Although we did not keep up, I thought of him often.
I have just learned of his passing from one of his customers when I asked if he knew Ches.

I sure am going to miss Ches! He was a true friend; one that I could call on any time of day when I had a well problem. He always had a great out look on life and would love to talk and fellowship with you on anything going on in the county or the country. God blessed my life by having Ches as a friend.
