To: Rashard, Mrs. Wilkins, Wanda, Donvell and Family----The largest diamond of all has been placed in your crown of stars by The Huguenin Family. We met Cheryl six years ago when we moved here from New Jersey and enrolled Tony in Indian Lakes Elementary School. We struck and everlasting Friendship and she became part of our Family. Not a day went by when we didn't say Hell-o to each other on the phone or in person--from how to make"Yock" to try "Anne's dumplings". On nice days when she stopped by and some of the "ILES" students were outdoors playing and saw her they would run up and hug and greet her and wait for her to come outside again. What a "Shining Star"!! Ms. Cheryl was truly a "Shining Star" and will truly be missed and Never Ever Forgotten!! From: The Huguenin Family--Barbara, Jo Cheryl and Tony(New Jersey and Virginia Beach)

As the parent of Indian Lakes Elementary School students, I was deeply saddened to hear of our beloved Mrs. Wilkins' passing. She never missed a chance to say hello and inquire about our family, and I will always remember her radiant, ready smile.

Mrs. Wilkins will be greatly missed. I hope that her loved ones can find peace and comfort, knowing how far her spirit reached within our community.
