Our hearts go out to you, your children and family in this most difficult of times. But along with the pain you are suffering in your broken hearts and the sorrow of your minds please remember the Shepherd's promise and take solace in God’s love.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Visualize Ken walking with Jesus on the path in that lovely valley. He understands your grief but be assured he does not want it to linger. He smiles at you from above to show you that he loves you all and simply asks that you to keep a special place in your hearts and minds for the time and love you shared as a family. The Shepherd is also looking into your hearts and calls for you to rejoice for a life well and faithfully lived. Travel life’s highway in the footsteps of a good man until you meet again at heavens door.
