Merline Marrow Obituary

Merline M. Marrow NORFOLK - Merline M. Marrow, 76, of the 1300 block of Hallview Ave., passed away Feb. 2, 2009, in a local hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles S. Marrow Sr. Those left to cherish her memory are three daughters, Babette McCall, Gwendolyn Marrow and Renea Marrow; four sons, Searcy Howard, Avery Monds, Charles S. Marrow Jr. and Melvin K. Marrow; one sister, Ladis Turner; 19 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held Saturday at noon in Garrett Memorial Community Baptist Church, 2843 Victoria Ave., Norfolk. Bishop Johnnie Reid will officiate. Interment will be held in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Graves Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. www.gravesfuneralhomeinc.com.
