Marga O'Carroll Obituary

Marga O'Carroll NORFOLK - Marga O'Carroll, 76, passed away Feb. 1, 2009. Marga was born June 9, 1932, to George and Rosa Stancil. She was a member of Willow Wood Presbyterian Church and a member of the Renegade Bowling League and Camping Group. She was also a seamstress and aided in the manufacturing of flags. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Maxie O'Carroll; a daughter, Diane Limos; a son, Steven O'Carroll; two brothers, Jimmy Stancil and Benjamin Stancil; four grandchildren, Bryan Peirsol, Lena Peirsol, Christopher O'Carroll and Thomas O'Carroll; and three great-grandchildren, Michael Peirsol, Matthew Peirsol and Owen Peirsol. A service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk. A reception will follow the service at the White Residence, 2122 Carriage Lane, Norfolk. The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home. Condolences may be offered to the family online at www.woodlawngroup.com.
