Your Husband, Father, Brother was my dear friend. I loved him like a brother while working with him at PWC Norva where he retired. I worked for the Material Dept. and Charley and I worked closely together to resolve problems with the daily operations. He is greatly miss.

Carolyn, Shane & DeeDee: My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Charles Ray was a huge part of our lives and he will be greatly missed. I have lots of good memories of him, though, and that is a wonderful thing. I will really miss his sense of humor, so much like my dad's. All of my best to all of you.

First of all, allow me to express my most sincere sympathy to the Oakey family. It was an honor and a pleasure to know Charlie for many years as a co-worker and friend.
He was one of the good guys, and will be missed by many.
He made the lives we live better for us all.
With sincere sympathy,
Harold Smith
