My deepest sympathy to Kathy and all the family. Phyllis was always sweet, kind, fair and understanding of everyone without ever judging. She contributed so much to the building industry and to Princess Anne Builders. I learned a lot from Phyllis. She will be missed by all whom were fortunate enough to have known her in any capacity of life. My prayers to all.

I grew up with your mother on Westonia Road. We went to school together from the first grade. She was a dear, sweet person that I was very fond of all these years even though we did not see each other often. I am sorry for your loss but I am very happy that I will see her again in Heaven. I pray that all of you will too.

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I have fond memories of her, as I spent a lot of weekends at the Akers' home while in middle school. She was the best iced tea maker in the whole world.
