Margaret M. Bennett NORFOLK - Margaret M. "Peg" Bennett, 85, passed away Feb. 16, 2009, while visiting Conway, S.C. A native of Fall River, Mass., she was the wife of the late Gordon Bennett. She worked in various positions from assistant manager to marketing in the banking industry. She was a member of the Ghent Garden Club and enjoyed her Wednesday afternoon Mahjongg group. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Anne Feuerbacher and her husband Dennis; three grandchildren, including Katherine Badgett Orr and husband Bill and son Ian, John Badgett and wife Jenny and son Bodie and Ryan Bennett; as well as many friends including the Berry family. She was predeceased by her husband; son, Jay; daughter, Jane; sisters, Ruth and Dorothy; and brothers, Thomas, Russell, Harold and Gerald. There will be no funeral. The family will celebrate her life on a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
