Mr. Reed should have been a famous man. He was honorable, respectable, and straight forward. Very soon after we met I came to appreciate his work ethic. Because of him and what he taught me, I have done very well with my career. There's not enough to say to tell so many people who we have lost. I think that he is GREAT. I will miss him deeply. I'm sad to know that I can not make his funeral although he accompanied me to my mother's. He should never be forgotten. My regards to Ms. Betty Jo. Thank you for allowing him to stay in Virginia. To wish I was his son is a short shadow to how I actually feel.

Mr. Reed is without a doubt the best employer I had ever worked for. He was always so helpful, caring, and understanding. He treated his employees on a personal level that nobody else could match. He even took the time to witness my police academy graduation several months after I stopped working at Greenbrier Mall. For that, I am truly grateful to him. I will miss his jokes and great sense of humor he shared with all of us. My last memory of him was a pleasant one. He donned his security uniform and joined us at the movies to see Mall Cop. He truly cared for all of us just as much as we care for him. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends. He will be missed.
