Daniel M. Snow CHESAPEAKE - Daniel M. "Dan" Snow, 69, of Kill Devil Hills, N.C., formerly of Chesapeake, died unexpectedly Feb. 26 at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. Born April 2, 1939, in New York City, he was the son of the late Nancy Burton Snow and Walter W. Snow. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Betty Harward Snow of Kill Devil Hills; a brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Sue Snow of Kansas City; sister-in-law, Jeanne Snow of Rio Grande, N.J.; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Dawn Snow of Winchester, Va.; a son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Hill Snow of Denver; and three cherished granddaughters, Alison, Emily and Sarah Snow. Betty,
Dan was an awesome man with a loving heart for people. He with you by his side has touched many lives throughout the years. God surely has a special place for Dan. The softball days were fun and I loved that he was OK with a girl playing on his team...sort of. Betty you both were truely blessed to have known one another and shared together all of the memories that you can now cherish. My prayers are with you and your family. May God hold you in His arms in all your times of need.
