Vickie Haller Obituary

Vickie Haller PORTSMOUTH - Frances Vickie Haller passed away March 6, 2009. She was a native of Capron, Va., and a member of First Baptist Church Norfolk. Vickie loved to share the news of her Savior and Lord with others. She loved her family, friends, home, gardening and her Boston bulldogs. Vickie was predeceased by her husband, James John "JJ" Haller; two sons, Kenneth Louis Haller and Dana David Haller. She is survived by her two sisters, Mary Brown of Gresham, Wis., Lucille Vick of Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother, James Vick and his wife Ethel of Capron, Va.; a sister-in-law, Donna Wiley of New Eagle, Pa.; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She leaves behind many other loving friends who have been like family to her. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dick Baker officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to a local SPCA or the charity of your choice. Online condolences may be made at www.lovingfuneralhome.com.
