Dear Mrs. Kirkland-Harris and family,

May God comfort you and your family at this difficult time. I was given the opportunity to reconnect with Cedric when he visited Lawrence Hargrave in Rochester, NY. As a student at Lincoln University all those years ago, my mind goes back to our sitting in those mathematics classes together.
Just a few people will remember that about him--he was a mathematics major. But, God chose to use that great mind for his will.

I share your sadness and I know that he is now counted among the heavenly angels with so many other great Lincoln men.

Dear Mrs Harris and Family,

I went to East Orange High School and to Lincoln University with Cedric. He was one of my dear friends. Even though it has been years since I seen him he remained close to my heart. Myself, Larry Glover, Robert Quinn and Ernest Crosby were close and tight friends who often ate a Cedric's mother's house and had good times going to high school. Then me and him continue to have them at Lincoln U. Words can't describe how I feel right now knowing I have lost a dear friend whom even though we have not been in touch the friendship has always been part of our lives.
I wish you and your family the very best. You know you have been blessed to have him as Husband , father and son as I was to have grown up with him.

Dear Mrs. Kirkland-HArris,

When your family first arrived in this area, Cecelia Tucker introduced me to your jewel of a husband. Since that time I have had the opportunity to worship at Bank Street and I often remarked to your husband that if I were not Episcopalian I would have joined your church. We are all greatful to God for having allowed your husband to pass our way. Further, he has truly left his footprints on the sands of time. You were fortunate to have had a wonderful, kind, considerate gentleman for a husband. May God bless you and your family and know, he would not trade heaven for the earth at this point and he is safe in the arms of God.

Love,
Saundra Fenner Eaddy
