Frances,
I can't believe after emailing each other and talking about Durward, Lorraine, Eileen Brooks, my Aunt "T"...that I would be signing a guest book for your loss. Reid & I were so very shocked when my Dad told me about Tobe.
Please know that Reid & I are thinking of you and your daughters/family. Please take care.
Sincerely,
Theresa (Terri) Hilton Davis

Toby -

I have warm memories of your prowess on the basketball court, and of your good-natured demeanor off the court. You were a gentleman!

Toby...Here's to you old friend. I know your "Eagle" will have taken to that Great 19th Hole In The Sky. No doubt smiling down on us still struggling to make better than par in our lives.

Here's to Frances and family...may fond memories of the good life and times with Toby accompany you always.

We were so shocked to see Tobe's name while looking for the obituary of someone we grew up with. We will always remember our visits with Tobe and Frances at their home in Tappahannock and the fun we had together. Frances, God bless you and the girls - our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Tobe will be missed by all that knew him. He has touched many lives both as an educator and a friend. He possessed the unique gift of never having met a stranger and the lives of all who have known him are better for it.
Frances and his daughters are in my family's thoughts and prayers during this time of grief.
