Annette and Family,
You have lost a loving husband, father and grandfather. I have lost a dear and loyal friend. From 1976 when Eric taught me to develop my first b/w films to this past February when we played around with my new camera, Eric was always eager to help me better understand the entire art of photography. He was never pushy with his suggestions, but dropped hints that I always followed up on. He was 100% correct on all suggestions.
He loved his job at Cannon and was so content with his life with you, Annette. When we last met there was no mention of any medical problems, only about how happy he was the two of you were together and how much he loved you. Your grief is shared by everyone who knew Eric and his enthusiasm for his every project and his special talent to capture everything he shot with great feeling and perfection. He was the best!
With warmest regards and love to you and your family,
Lynn

Aunt Nancy, Uncle Grady and I all send our condolences. As we read it in the VA Pilot today, it came as a complete shock. Eric will definitely be missed. He was like an uncle to me, as well as a treasured friend and co-worker to Nancy and Grady.

I remember first meeting Eric and his brother when they came over to Mary Jo LoCasio's home. Eric and his brother stood when we girls walked into the room. I had never seen such young gentlemen. Eric was always at our class reunions to take the class picture. My deepest sympathy goes to all of his family.
