She was born April 25, 1950, in Cambridge, Mass., to Shirley Page and the late Robert Mannix. She graduated from Norview High School in 1968. She leaves behind her mother, Shirley Page of Chesapeake; her "brotha," Daniel Mannix of Virginia Beach; "sista," Janet of Asheville, N.C.; sister, Ann Gray of Chesapeake; her daughter, Allison Tedesco (little girl) and husband Michael of Holly Springs, N.C.; her beloved grandchildren - beautiful boys, Bailey Christopher, Ryan Anthony, and Bailey David; and a wealth of family and friends who will cherish her memory forever. The family would also like to thank all of the Sentara staff involved in her care with special thanks to VOA, Dr. Saman, Tammy and Carol. A celebration of her life will be held Friday, June 19, at 2 p.m. in Altmeyer's chapel, 5792 Greenwich Road, followed by a private interment.
