Enden,

For all the times that you fit me into your busy schedule, thank you.

For all the times that you made me laugh with your silly sense of humor after I'd traveled nearly two hours to sit in your chair- each time being well worth the trip- thank you!

You were never too tired to care and you always shared your phenominal talent with us,the gifts that God bestowed upon you extended beyond your obvious ability to make us look fantastic- you simply were the best stylist around and your spirit contributed greatly to that fact. You most certainly are and were more than my stylist, you are my friend. I miss you but have resolved to let you go and to move on Stronger- For the attention that you showed Zhaire during each visit - I will never forget you and although we did not say it I am certain you must have known- We Love You and expect to reunite with you in God's perfect time- so pencil me in and know I'm enroute :-)

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

Enden was a part of our family here in Grottoes. Just as butterflies remind us that winter will end, so does the sincere faith that lies deep in us. It's hard to see a friend, brother, and/or son leave us. We turned to him in many ways, but he wouldn't want us to grieve. Many years he lived a good life and now he will have a blessed rest. He was a fine friend, always doing his best. We all have had times of sorrow, times we think we can't make it through, but we know there will be tomorrow, and remembering. He will be greatly missed. May God bless you during this difficult time. Much love from his extended family. William, lil sis, mom

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Dear Mrs. Ruth, Ba-Bro, Robin, Doris and Parish:

I am thinking of all of you and sending thoughts of love, comfort and strength as you prepare for Enden's Homegoing.

I have so many fond memories of Enden during our adventurous child hood. I got Enden to try new foods, get into the deep end of a swimming pool, and his first after-school job. But, I never could get him behind the wheel of a car....

His quick wit and wild comebacks were a certainty, so I shall lean on my many fun times and great memories of him.

Enden is now home safe and sound. May God wrap His everlasting arms around your family and give you all the comfort that only He can give and a peace that passes all understanding.

Savor the good memories and all of the love and joy you shared. Enden was a loving, kind, unique and awesome person -- remember God is with you always.

Love,
Denise Fields
