Sheila Keeling Obituary

Sheila Faye Keeling VIRGINIA BEACH - Sheila Faye Keeling, 63, of the 3900 block of Roebling Lane, passed away June 30, 2009, in Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. A native of Johnston County, North Carolina, she was the widow of John Wesley Keeling. She was a member of Thalia Lynn Baptist Church and the Virginia Country Music Association. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Cole of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Rose Beasley and her husband Johnny of Raleigh, N.C., and Betty Owen and her husband Bill of Zebulon, N.C.; a grandson, Joshua Cole of Virginia Beach; and nieces and nephews, Dr. Karen Beasley and daughter Hannah, Jennifer Hogg and husband Tracy, and sons, Zachary and Cooper and Brandon Owen. A funeral will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
