John Steins Jr.

John W. Steins Jr. NORFOLK - John W. Steins Jr., 82, passed away peacefully June 30, 2009, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Mr. Steins was born June 14, 2009, in Buffalo, N.Y., to the late John and Georgina Steins. He served our country proudly retiring from the U.S. Navy and the Merchant Marines. He will always be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, and friend. He will be deeply missed. Left to cherish his memory are son, John W. Steins III; two daughters, Dorothy Darden and Danielle Richardson, a stepdaughter, Ethel Bennett; numerous grandchildren; and a special friend, Kelly Jo Steins. All services will be private.
