Priscilla Saunders Obituary

Priscilla R. Saunders CHESAPEAKE - Priscilla R. Saunders, 86, of the 2000 block of Chesapeake Drive, passed away July 4, 2009, at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Johnny H. Saunders; three daughters, Annie Howell, Carolyn Saunders and Vivian Johnson; two sons, James Price and John Saunders; one sister, Marie Taylor; and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Full Gospel Church of Deliverance, 711 Comstock St. Interment will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at 813 Tuition Court one hour prior to service for procession to the church. Metropolitan Funeral Service, Granby St. Chapel, is in charge. Condolences may be offered at www.metropolitanfuneralservice.com.

To the Saunders family:
Hedges and Highway Deliverance Ministry are holding you up in prayer. Mother Saunders will be greatly missed, but she have gone to a much better place. I am reminded of her favorite song when you hear of my home going don't worry about me jsut another soldier gone on home. (Good nite mother we will see you in the morning.)
