Wanda Mae Ochs Fink SUFFOLK - Wanda Mae Ochs Fink, 50, of Winborne Drive, died July 13, 2009, in a Norfolk hospital. A native of Portsmouth, she was the daughter of the late John Richard Fink. A registered nurse, Wanda retired from the American Red Cross. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Survivors include her mother, Janis Hatcher Wigle and husband Howard of Suffolk; one sister, Janis Lynne Bryant and husband Paul of Portsmouth; one stepsister, Kimberly Goetz and husband Len of Jonesboro, Ill.; two stepbrothers, Howard Wigle Jr. of Suffolk and Charles Wigle of Louisville, Miss.; one niece, Angie Shaw of Muncie, Ind.; one nephew, Daniel Wiggins of Charlottesville, Va.; five great-nieces; one great-nephew; and a very close friend, Rita Cahoon of Grantsboro, N.C. A funeral will be held Thursday, July 16, at noon in Central Baptist Church by the Rev. David Simpson. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
