I worked with Duane in the ER at CHKD for several years. He was like a little brother to me, and we were always playing tricks on each other.
During slow times, he would tell me about his family and show me pictures. His family was very important to him, and I'm so glad he was surrounded by so much love. I would like to express my sympathy in your great loss, and I hope you can find healing in knowing others remember and care.

I am sorry for your loss, I worked with Duane in Portsmouth and Suffolk FD. He was an outstanding firefighter/paramedic and will be sorely missed. May God bless you in this dificult time.
