Although I haven't seen or talked with Chris for years the memory of his and Julie's friendship is one that I will hold on to all of my life.We were merchant seaman together but good friends long before that. My heartfelt sympathy to his family.I hope God will ease your pain of his passing.He was a good friend and a great guy and I am saddened just knowing he's gone.

Chris was one of the first friends I made after moving to Norfolk in 1969, and to say we had some good times together is a real understatement. I know how much family meant to him, and my condolences to them all.

In this time of sorrow, know that God heels the broken hearted. Words can not decsribe your pain. I am a shop 38 Marine Machinist At Norfolk Naval Shipyard. I never worked with Christian but we met on 2 occasions and I got the impression that he was a person easy to get along with. My family and I send our sympathy and love. God Bless You.
