Norma Harmon Obituary

Norma Joyce Harmon NORFOLK - Norma Joyce Harmon spent her life walking harmoniously in the spirit of the Lord. She lost her physical battle, but the heavens gained her precious soul. She leaves to cherish her loving memory husband, Henry R. Harmon; daughter, Brenda (Belvin) Pleasants, Sharon K. Jensen; son, Gary (Janice) Harmon; brother, Johnny Catron; sister, Ann Edwards; grandchildren, Adam, Daniel, Victoria, Gary Jr., Steven, Heather, Samuel, Christian, Jodie; three great- grandchildren; and a host of other friends and relatives. Norma was preceded in death by her son, Henry R. Harmon Jr. Memorial services will be Friday, Aug. 14, at 3 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5792 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach. Condolences may be expressed online at Altmeyer.com.

Sorry to hear of Joyce's passing but glad to know she is in the presence of the Lord. As a young Christian in Bluefield she was an inspiration. May God bless her memory.
