My dad, George Presson ("Capt. Heavy), always talked about "Hardison." From stories of their Ford Plant days to the day he helped pack our U-Haul truck as we moved to North Carolina for dad to attend Bible college. Mom and dad had their 50th wedding anniversary just last year and who showed up ... oxygen tank in tow but "Hardison." It shocked my dad so much! He didn't stop talking about it for days on end. When planning for their anniversary, he and I talked and he shared stories and even mailed me stories about their escapades together. Those stories were shared at the anniversary - and a lot of their pictures too. Not many people have friends for 50+ years but I am proud to say my dad had one such friend in Hardison. He leaves a really big hole in the hearts of all who knew him and great memories in the hearts of all who loved him.

Mattie Lou,Bobby was always a part of my family's life and we will miss him more than words can express. He is one of my Dad's best friends and I got updates on Bobby from their weekly phone calls. I'm sorry for everyone that knew him that he lost his battle but he put up a good fight. Our family is always here for you.In sympathy and love.

My heart is heavy for all who knew and loved Mr H. He was such a wonderful man. He did so much good for so many lives he touched. He taught me the difference between right & wrong. How important it was to be in school every day. He had an incredible work ethic. His influence at the start of my working career will last my entire life. I am so blessed to have had him in my life. He was wonderfully kind and compassionate. He was there for me when ever I needed advise or a helping hand. His advise always filled with the wonderful unique wisdom that I will miss dearly forever. I will always treasure the many memories with such a wonderful special dear sweet man. Mattie you know I am only a phone call away and would do anything in this world you needed. I love you.
Sincerely & in deepest Sympathy
