Margaret Page Obituary

Margaret C. S. Page CHESAPEAKE - Margaret C. S. Page, 88, passed away Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 15, 1921, the daughter of the late John and Laura Blake Stewart. Margaret was a former member of St. Johns Episcopal Church in Athol, Mass. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank W.; her daughter, Judith Ann; and sister, Barbara Puffer. She is survived by her two daughters, Martha W. Stevens and husband Raymond, Barbara L. Roe and Ralph R. Pennington.; her three sons, William S. and wife Susan, David C. and wife Patricia, and Charles B. and wife Gale. Also surviving are her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. At her family's request, there will be no services conducted in Chesapeake. Her funeral will be conducted out of state at a later date in Andover, N.H. Memorial donations may be made in Margaret's name to CHKD, Norfolk, or to any Shriner's Hospital. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, Chesapeake. We will miss Miss Margaret. She was the best friend and neighbor anyone could have asked for. I will miss our chats we often had over everything and anything. What a great lady to know. Our deepest sympathy to all of the Page family.
