Don Eylat Obituary

Don Eylat VIRGINIA BEACH - Don Dov Eylat, 80, passed away Sept. 28, 2009. He was born in Brussels, Belgium, June 15, 1929, and raised in Ramat-Gan, Israel. He was a corporal in the Israel Defense Forces. His passion was woodworking. He was an editor for the World of Wood and managed the Norfolk Senior Center Woodwork Studio. He is survived by his son, Eric; sister, Zipora and brothers, Benjamin and Martin. The family will receive friends Saturday, Oct. 10, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. for a time of remembrance. Twiford's Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is handling arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.twifordfh.com.
