Gloria Brown Obituary

Gloria Kight Brown VIRGINIA BEACH - Gloria Kight Brown, 83, died Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, in a local hospital. She was a native of Philadelphia and was the daughter of the late Theodore R. Kight and Queenie Mortlock Kight. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Brown Sr. Mrs. Brown retired from the United States civil service as a comptroller for Oceana Naval Air Station. Survivors include her son, Robert L. Brown Jr. and his wife Susan of Virginia Beach and her loyal companion, Casey. Services will be private. Memorial donations may be sent to the Virginia Beach SPCA, P.O. Box 55256, Virginia Beach, VA 23471. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road chapel, is handling arrangements.
