Angelina Gould Obituary

Angelina Franca Gould NORFOLK - Angelina "Lina" Franca L'Erario Gould, 75, passed away Oct. 31, 2009. A native of Milan, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Franco and Antonia L'Erario. She was the co-owner of Mamma Lina's Italian Restaurant in Norfolk. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bernard John Gould; her son, Frank B. Gould and wife Susan of Norfolk; her daughter, Roxanne C. Spellman and husband Robert of San Diego, Calif.; her sister, Ezia L'Erario and Gabriele Chiodi of Milan, Italy; and the love and joy of her life her two grandchildren, Stephen A. Spellman and Cameron T. Spellman, both of San Diego, Calif. She is also survived by two nephews, Sandro and Andrea Bajbadino, both of Milan; a cousin, Angelina M. Lioercio and husband Antonino and family of Norfolk; a special friend, Ellen A. Rooney and family of Norfolk; and many other loving relatives and friends. Lina was a very caring and loving person to all and will be greatly missed. A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father Dan Beeman officiating. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice.
