Marjorie Leiderman

Marjorie Leiderman NORFOLK - Marjorie Leiderman, 84, daughter of the late William and Dora Wolman Bullock, died Nov. 1, 2009, in a local hospital. A lifelong resident of Norfolk, she was the founder, owner and with her husband, operated Leiderman Caterers for 30 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Nathan Leiderman, and her son, William Ross Leiderman. She is survived by her son, Martin Leiderman and his wife Ina Mirman Leiderman; her grandson, Adam Leiderman, all of Virginia Beach, and her sister, Myra "Tutsie" Lipkin and her husband Walter Lipkin of Boca Raton, Fla. A funeral will be conducted at noon today, Nov. 3, at the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments by Rabbi Arthur Ruberg, Rabbi Susan Tendler and Cantor Gordon Piltch of Congregation Beth El, and Cantor Elihu Flax of the Beth Sholom Village. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will observe shiva at the home of her son, Martin, through Friday at noon, Saturday evening after 7:30 p.m. and Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Congregation Beth El or a charity of your choice.
